بمجرد استلام عودتك وفحصها، سنرسل إليك بريدًا إلكترونيًا لإعلامك بأننا استلمنا السلعة التي تم إرجاعها. وسنقوم أيضًا بإعلامك بالموافقة على استرداد أموالك أو رفضها.
إذا تمت الموافقة عليك، فستتم معالجة استرداد أموالك، وسيتم إضافة رصيد تلقائيًا إلى بطاقتك الائتمانية أو طريقة الدفع الأصلية، خلال فترة معينة من الأيام.

المبالغ المستردة المتأخرة أو المفقودة (إن وجدت)

شحن 

ستكون مسؤولاً عن دفع تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بك لإعادة العنصر الخاص بك. تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد. إذا استلمت مبلغًا مستردًا، فسيتم خصم تكلفة إعادة الشحن من المبلغ المسترد.

إذا تمت الموافقة على طلب الاسترداد من قبل eBuy KSA، فسيتم استرداد المدفوعات على النحو التالي:

  1. سيتم استرداد مدفوعات بطاقات الائتمان/الخصم خلال يوم عمل واحد (1)؛
  2. سيتم استرداد الأموال عبر طرق الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام خلال فترة تتراوح بين خمسة عشر (15) إلى ثلاثين (30) يومًا وسيتم دعم تكلفة التحويل (100 ريال سعودي) من قبل المستخدم النهائي / العميل .
